Finally landing on the Planet of GNOME! [0] Thanks for Alberto Ruiz’s help and patience!
This is the voice from huxuan, the spelling of My Chinese name 扈煊. And my English Name is Sean Hu. So you can call me Sean, Xuan Hu or just huxuan is OK. I am from Beijing, China, a graduate student majoring in Applied Computer Technology of Peking University [1]. It’s really excited to be accepted as GSoC 2013 Students for GNMOE. I will spend this summer working on Getting Things GNOME! (GTG) [2], or to be more specific, ‘Porting GTG and Liblarch to Gtk3 and Python3’. The proposal can be found here [4] and more latest update would be listed here [5].
Just as the project title indicated, The porting work means more about testing and debuging. I have already been fighting with various strange bugs even before coding period [5][6][7][8][9], and currently I am working on merging trunk branch of PyGtk version GTG into the Gtk3 ported branch and try to find some tricky methods to solve the credits wrap bug of AboutDialog [9]. As I will play with Gtk3 and PyGObject all this summer, so don’t be surprised if you find me on mail list or bugzilla of Gtk3, PyGObject or others related to Gtk App Development. Also, wish you capable guys can help me to better my GSoC work. Thanks in advance!
I will have my last exam tomorrow, next Monday (06/24/2013). So some documentation work like GNOME Live Page and weekly report hasn’t been finished. Fortunately, I will have my free summer time after that, and it will been spent on GSoC 2013 absolutely! It’s really honorable to “stand” here making friends with all you talented guys!

Hi Xuan, you could take a look at how pitivi manages the about dialog’s credits thing, as I had to figure out the trickery behind the line wrapping and URLs too: https://git.gnome.org/browse/pitivi/tree/pitivi/mainwindow.py#n725 (the aboutCb method uses a bunch of translatable strings mixed up with non-translatable strings)
